I worked as a gelatieri for 4 years and have personally worked with the Dolce people even before they started their own business on College.

cheap knock off from the real stuff. With no experience ever making gelato what r they doing???? They didnt steal the La paloma secret when they used to work there. Let the pros do it the right way just stick to making empanadas
